Warranty is in effect from date of sale on sales receipt for a period of no longer than ___ continuous days
Original Sales Receipt (no copies) in a complete readable and recognizable condition must be presented and match store receipt and tire ID to validate warranty
There are no refunds and/or store credit implied and/or offered at any time for a used tire(s) purchase
Any 2nd and/or 3rd party physical manipulation of the warranted tire(s) from its original installation by ___________________ immediately voids the ___ day warranty in its entirety
A tire presented for a ___ day warranty assessment must be presented on the tire rim is was originally installed on
A presented tire detached from the original tire rim it was installed on, immediately voids ___ day warranty in its entirety
The ___ day warranty does not cover any possible road hazards from punctures, nails, glass, metal, wood, plastic materials and/or foreign objects, cuts, tears or abrasions caused by contact and/or impact with tire
The ___ day warranty does not cover excessive and/or sectional tire wear determined as caused by alignment issues and/or hard breaking conditions
The ___ day warranty does not cover under inflation and/or flat tire damage to tire edge, tire sidewall, tire bead, tire thread and tire valve stem
All warranty assessments will be conducted by a ____________________ Tech to determine if any tire failure has occurred such as band breaking, thread cap separation and/or sidewall abscess and ripping (these failures do not cause air loss in the tire)
All assessments by the ____________________ Tech are final and if tire failure is determined, the tire will be replaced including installation and balancing without charge
The ___ day warranty will only replace one tire per original tire failure incident on the original sales receipt one time only. All ___ day warranty replacement tires are IDed for inventory control when installed
