ATM TIRE RECYCLING SALES ORDER FORM INFORMATION
Your ATM Tire Recycling Account Number Your sales order will not be accepted or invoiced without your account number
Sales Invoice Generation and Payment Your sales invoice will generate when your order has been accepted and then e-mailed to you. All invoices must be paid in full within 72 hours of receipt to avoid delivery or pick-up delays and/or order cancellations. This does not apply to pre-approved payment terms. Sales invoices are generated on current TL and LTL available pricing unless a contract price is acknowledged and pre-confirmed.
Sales Invoice Payment must be paid in full in USD denominations before your order will receive a confirmed delivery or pick-up date. This does not apply to pre-approved payment terms.
Sales Order Pick-Up, Delivery or Shipment Your used tire sales order will be ready for pick-up, delivery or shipping within two business days after the sales invoice is paid in full. This does not apply to pre-approved payment terms. A pick-up, delivery or shipping confirmation E-Mail will be sent as soon as the transaction has been completed. Pick-up, delivery and shipping is available Monday through Friday 8am to 2pm, Saturday and Holidays by special request and after hours fee
Credit or Debit Card Purchases will incur a service charge of 4.00% that will be added to your sales invoice if applicable. ATM Tire Recycling reserves the right to limit the amount charged by a credit or debit card.
Cashier Check for Payment Cashier Check must be drawn on a USA based bank for USD denominations only. Additional Bank Information may be required.
Bank or Wire Transfer Your order invoice from ATM Tire Recycling will contain the bank routing and account information to complete your bank or wire transfer for payment if applicable. Bank or wire transfers are in USD denominations only and additional client bank information may be required to complete the transaction.
Delivery Charges for Used Tire Orders Local delivery charges for TL and LTL loads will be calculated for RT mileage from our Zip Code to your Zip Code destination and E-Mailed to you for your approval before a sales invoice is generated for the order.
Shipping Charges for TL and LTL Used Tire Orders Shipping charges for domestic or exported orders will be quoted and E-Mailed to you for your approval before a sales invoice is generated for the order.
ATM Tire Recycling does not offer and/or accept COD or Walk-In Payments for used tire orders at any time. This does not apply to pre-approved payment terms.
Purchase Option #1 LTL (Less Then Truck Load) All pricing is FOB Raleigh NC unless a delivery and delivery charge is noted on invoice
Purchase Option #2 TL (Truck Load) All pricing is FOB Raleigh NC unless a delivery and delivery charge or drop shipment is noted on invoice
Quality Control A: Quality Controlled Re-Sell used tires are “Mechanically Air Tested if sold as AC tires” to insure a Re-Sell capability to our clients. (No wasted time, labor or money)
Quality Control B: Quality Controlled Re-Sell used tires are paint marked for punctures if applicable in a repairable area only. Tires with sidewall damage are not sold for Re-Sell capability to our clients. (No wasted time, labor or money)
Quality Control C: Quality Controlled Re-Sell used tires are hand graded by current industry standards for a majority C Grade / average 5/32’s tread in our mixed loads but a mixed load will contain a random percentage of B Grade, A Grade, LT’s and Low Profile used tires as well.
Tire Industry Tread Standards
C GRADE is 4/32s to 6/32s
B GRADE is 7/32s to 9/32s
A GRADE is 10/32s and up
Mixed Used Tire Loads: All our used tires are hand loaded OTR to accumulate a 60% mix of 14in., 15in. and 16in. used tires with the majority mix of 15in. and 16in.. 40% mix of the load will consist of 17in., 18in., 19in., 20in. used tires (Note: there will be very few 19” or 20” if any).
OTR = On The Roll, all tires are pulled at random from our “Ready For Sale” sectioned pre-stacks in our warehouse that are stored by rim size and tire size. There are no set tire size loads at this time. Every effort is made to provide your business with the best selling market demand for quality 100% re-sell used tires.
